Content & Privacy
Users are responsible for submitted Content, must protect personal information, and must not upload illegal, harmful, misleading, infringing, discriminatory, or abusive material.
Intellectual Property
Users retain their Content but grant the Platform the rights needed to operate and promote services. Platform systems, branding, software, and proprietary materials remain Company property.
Security, Monitoring & Enforcement
The Platform may monitor activity, investigate risks, remove Content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate access to protect Users and Platform integrity.
Trust, Verification & Automated Monitoring
Compliance may affect verification, Trust Score, visibility, programme eligibility, and other Platform services. Automated tools may support security and policy enforcement.
