Reviews must arise from genuine Platform interactions and reflect an honest experience. The Platform may use Transaction, account, and activity information to determine review eligibility.
User & Business Responsibilities
Users must provide truthful, relevant, respectful feedback. Businesses must not pressure reviewers, retaliate, offer improper incentives, or manipulate ratings and may respond professionally through available tools.
Prohibited Review Activities
Fake, purchased, coordinated, duplicated, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, competitor-targeted, or conflict-of-interest reviews are prohibited.
Visibility, Trust Score & Moderation
Reviews may affect visibility and trust indicators. The Platform may use human review, automation, artificial intelligence, and business intelligence tools to detect abuse and moderate content.
Removal, Investigations & Enforcement
Content may be restricted or removed for policy violations, fraud, illegality, privacy or intellectual-property concerns. Enforcement may include warnings, visibility limits, Trust Score changes, suspension, or termination.
Reporting & Liability
Users may report suspected review abuse. The Platform does not guarantee the accuracy of every review and limits liability to the extent permitted by law.
